Players may close their pkluk account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any active bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
pkluk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed by pkluk due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. pkluk will notify the player of the closure and the reason where it is legally permissible to do so.
